We love Aussie producers Unico Zelo - low intervention wines made with a nod to classic styles in the Adelaide Hills. This Syrah-Merlot blend is their "craving killer", designed as a comfort wine that retains the finesse characteristic of its winemakers. Plenty of ripe red fruit, herbs, and a savoury noted described by its produce as tapenade - not jammy like some Aussie Syrahs can be.
