Orange Keratsuda, Struma Valley, Bulgaria, 2022, 12.5%

Great entry level orange. Made from 100% Keratsuda, an indigenous Bulgarian variety, from 25 years old vines. Lots of fresh fruit and apricot but with the additional texture of an orange wine, including some lovely tannin. 

Pairing: we like it with charcuterie.
