Off the Record Chenin Blanc, 2022, 13.5%

Chenin is one of our favourite grapes and I love this cool climate expression: there's a lean, mineral, steely-ness to the wine that balances out that classic Chenin richness. It's a tiny production, just 2,300 bottles made, we were lucky to get a couple of cases.

Pairing: Meaty fish like hake.
