Aromas and flavours

Pure, wild, and uncompromising. Made from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon, no added sulfites, unfiltered - just a pure grape! And only 1,100 bottles. 

Concentrated dark fruits and minerality from the clay soil. Structured yet fluid. Nine months in French oak provide a sophisticated frame, while the lack of filtration preserves the raw, honest texture of the fruit.
