Another absolute winner from our faves Biodyn Haider in Austria (also see Jung & Sexy, Delirious and Questions). This is another hazy white, this time made from the aromatic Muscat Ottonel grape. Lovely floral and fruit aromas and flavours, with pleasing hazy texture. Incredible value as always with these guys. Organic grapes and low-intervention, aka a "natural" wine.

Pairing: Asian food works brilliantly, the low alcohol won't clash with the spice.
