Sourced from 45+ year-old vines planted in sandy soils of Toledo, this single-varietal gem spends three months in French oak to add just the right touch of the structure.

Aromas and Flavours

The nose is an absolute standout— a fresh forest floor with bursts of juicy blueberries, wild flowers, and aromatic green herbs. On the palate, it’s lively and structured with smooth tannins, a hint of rich chocolate, and a bright acidity. Enjoy it at room temperature or give it a quick 15-minute chill in the fridge to really make those berry notes pop.
