Such a fun wine - evidenced by its fantastic label, three friends (the winemakers) sat on a barrel, riding a wave, enjoying a glass. Sauvignon Blanc from Bulgaria, more French in style than New Zealand, fresh and herbaceous with a touch of grassiness, but still plenty of fruit. Zingy acidity gives it plenty of life.
