Forlong Mon Amour Baja 2021 13%

Another incredibly unique and delicious wine from Spanish natural wine producers Bodega Forlong. This is 100% Palomino hand-harvested before being pressed into stainless steel. The wine is then transferred to French oak where it is aged on its lees, with batonnage, for 12 months. Golden in colour, the nose is very complex, with citrus, camomile and vanilla. The palate is dense with noticeable salinity.

Pairing: try as an alternative to a dry sherry, pre-dinner with crisps and olives.
