Forlong 80/20 2023 12.5%

One of the most extraordinary wines from Bodega Forlong, the Spanish natural wine producers we began importing in spring 2024. This is 100% Palomino grapes macerated and fermented on Pedro Ximenez skins to create a unique style of orange wine. Fermented in terracotta amphora, malolactic fermentation is allowed before the wine is transferred to steel where it settles naturally for 5 months. Light pink in colour (due to the PX skins), this gives citrus and flowers alongside herbal notes; fresh with a touch of tannin.
