Our favourite new find for a non-alcoholic fizzy wine alternative. From the producers of this banging Chenin Blanc, this is 100% Gamay (the bright-fruited grape that makes Beaujolais) but completely without alcoholic fermentation. Juicy, fresh, not too sweet, it's extremely drinkable with a delightful sparkle. Immense crushable and a smart option for the non-drinkers or when you need a night off!

Pairing: sunshine and picnics when it's a day off the booze.
