Crafted by Castúo Wines, this unique vermouth is built upon a base of indigenous Morisca grapes and enriched with a hand-selected blend of wild local herbals. The result is a complex, multidimensional vermouth that achieves a perfect harmony between Mediterranean freshness, subtle sweetness, and a refined botanical bitterness.

Infused with wormwood, lavender, thyme, and  enriched with peels of orange and grapefruit, complemented by warming notes of cinnamon and clove.  

Ideal as an aperitif or a bold, aromatic addition to artisan cocktails.
