Beau Constantia Creative Batch, 2021, 12.5%

Initially meant to be a one-off bottling during South Africa's pandemic-driven prohibition, Creative Batch was so popular it's now a mainstay among Beau Constantia's list. A super fun blend of 5 different grapes (Chenin Blanc, Fernao Pires, Roussanne, Verdelho and Viognier) from 5 different regions (Overhex, Darling, Breedekloof, Swartland and Constantia), this is a super aromatic and fun wine. Skin contact is used but it's not technically orange.
