Stefan Vetter Muller Thurgau, 2021, 9%

Stefan Vetter is crafting some very cool biodynamic wines in Franken, Germany, and here is one of our favourite expressions of Muller Thurgau we've ever tried. Super light in alcohol but still with good aroma and flavour, this is crisp and pure, with steely acidity. 

Pairing: a great way to start the night, get the crisps open!
