Raúl Moreno Destellos 2022 12%

A co-fermentation (i.e. made together) of Palomino (the grape famous for sherry but having a moment now as an unfortified wine) with a small amount of Arinto. Kept on skins for 12 hours and then aged in barrels previously used for Manzanilla or Amontillado Sherry. Notes of lime oil, ripe pear, apple and smoked butter, with spicy notes. Organic. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

Pairing: love this with Asian food.
