Philip Lardot Kontakt Weiss 2022 10.5%

50% Riesling, 50% Müller Thurgau, with half of the latter fermented on skins for two weeks. Not really an orange, not really a white, a nice bridge between the two styles. Very fresh and full of crunchy flavours, minerally and salty.

Pairing: fun with light nibbles like crisps, olives and a bit of ham.
