Oenosapiens Poolsard 2022 10.5%

We love the unique wines of the Jura, and here's a great example of the fresh, light style of reds the region in eastern France produces. Made from the Poulsard grape, this is crunchy red fruits with a surprising amount of depth and length. Low alcohol makes it super easy-drinking. Great bottle and label too, a fun present!

Pairing: great served chilled, lovely with summer salads.
