Ockfener Bockstein Riesling Kabinett, Dr Fischer, 2019, 9%

A classic of the Riesling genre from the famed Dr. Fischer estate. This is "Kabinett", which means off-dry - there's sugar here but it's not a 'sweet wine'. Beautifully balanced by big acidity, expect bags of fruit, from citrus to tropical, and that characteristic whiff of petrol noted in good quality Rieslings, particularly when they age.
