La Preara Vino Bianco 2021, 11.5%

A natural wine from Veneto, Italy. This is made from Garganega, a grape that can come across as super underripe in my experience, but here they've nailed it, fruity and fresh but with richness and just a tinge of residual sugar to give the wine body. Yum.

Pairing: Seafood makes sense but I want a bag of ready-salted crisps!
