Classic Cava. Made in the traditional method, like Champagne, this has good fruitiness alongside nice bready notes (autolytic for the wine nerds!). A winning fizz at a winning price.

Pairing: lovely as an aperitivo, but don't rule out pairing with food, sparkling wines are good for your digestion (in my opinion). Try a creamy chicken dish.
